The "Resourcing" stay allows you to relax and experience a return to yourself by taking care of your body and mind. The combination of a healthy lifestyle, a gourmet and balanced cuisine and a caring approach to relationships allows you to reconnect with your environment and those around you.

A very simple day....

Imagine a day that begins with the sunrise and a gentle body awakening based on Kiko (qi gong)
followed by a light and tasty breakfast. Then in the morning relaxation exercises,
a meditation and a moment of sharing on daily well-being. In the afternoon after a meal eaten in conscience
and a moment of rest, you recharge your batteries with a silent walk, and connected exercises
with nature by the sea or in the forest. You live each moment, one after the other, free of time
and obligations. Finally, you end the day with exchanges, relaxation or meditation
on kindness before welcoming a night's rest. You didn't do anything special,
you just took time to be present to yourself.

Kiko and Yoga

2 body approaches to find harmony

Kiko (Japanese qi gong) is a discipline that is both simple and easy. It is practiced without tension and in respect of the state of our body with slow gestures, associated with the work of breathing to obtain a powerful regenerative effect.
The kiko, combined with the gentle stretching of yoga (without posture), helps to achieve harmony of body and mind.

Your coach

Fabrice Buonanno

He has been leading and participating in meditative retreats for several years. He takes particular care to ensure that each person can benefit as much as possible from the benefits of the stay and transmits his love of nature and his multidisciplinary knowledge. He works in companies and organizations to reduce stress (Mindfullnes based interventions).
