By imagining creative new uses for plants, creating new combinations and flavours, favouring products from the Pyrenees-Orientales (often sourced from the markets in Saint-Cyprien), that are raised sustainably or farmed organically, he has created a gourmet and healthy menu that strikes just the right balance between pleasure and well-being. A natural cuisine, one that’s deliciously Mediterranean, lively and colourful like the South, and crafted with the utmost elegance.

Sunday lunch suggestion

Every Sunday morning, Pierre Bacle, the chef at the Les Ganivelles restaurant, goes down to the port of Saint-Cyprien himself to choose the finest fish to serves alongside a Mediterranean rice dish: saffron, brown, or pilaf, or a soft risotto, served with baby vegetables or a light sauce... A typical Sunday meal from the South that combines all flavours of Catalonia on a plate!


Gourmet dining hours

Organic breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 10.00 am at the buffet or in your room

Served from 10.00 am to 11:30 am at the Indigo Bar

Lunch is served from 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm

Snack is served at the Indigo Bar from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm

Dinner is served at the restaurant from 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm in season and from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm in July and August

Restaurant LES GANIVELLES Parce que la cuisine est avant tout une rencontre entre des produits et un chef, Julien Boy vous propose, tous les 2ème samedis du mois, un menu unique inspiré par le savoir-faire des producteurs locaux : viticulteur, maraîcher, éleveur… Ce printemps Pierre Bacle, le chef des cuisines de l’hôtel les Bulles de Mer, accueille Julien Boy pour la continuité des soirées « 1 chef 1 producteur ».
