The chef at organic restaurant in Saint-Cyprien, Les Ganivelles, has opted for cooking style that “generates desire” as much as it “generates well-being”. By revisiting plant-based cooking, by revolutionising food and flavour combinations, by opting for organic and local products (often from the markets in Saint-Cyprien), he offers a healthy, gourmet menu with the right balance of pleasure and well-being. Natural cooking inspired by the Mediterranean tradition, vibrant and colourful like the south, worked to become self-evident.

Classic “Le Français” sandwich (ham, butter, pickles) or “Le Catalan” sandwich (Serrano ham, Pyrenean cheese) or a “home-made Bowl” created by the Chef. Served with vegetable crisps, cheese or dairy product, seasonal fruit, bottle of water.
